Copy the game prompt, paste it into your favorite AI tool such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or Grok, press Enter, and follow along. The AI will guide you through the game.
We mainly test our games with ChatGPT, Gemini, and Grok. ChatGPT usually gives the best overall experience, although image generation can be slower. Grok is generally fast and works well, but can sometimes be less realistic. Gemini works with many of our games, but some historical games may not work as well.
There aren’t any! Our games are made for curious people who prefer to figure things out as they play. Just start and see where it takes you.

Absolutely. The choices are there to inspire you, not limit you. Our games give you a starting point, and AI gives you the freedom to take the experience in any direction you choose.

Most AI tools save your conversations, so you can return to them later. For very long games, ask the AI to create a save summary with your progress and key decisions. You can paste it into a new conversation and continue from there.
If by sharing you mean playing together, multiplayer isn’t supported yet. However, you’re welcome to share a game, or even your own modified version. We just ask that you include a link back to the original Hero48 game page.
AI can be unpredictable. Here’s what to do when things don’t go as planned.
Some games generate a new image after each decision. Some AI tools are notoriously slow at this. ChatGPT, for example, can take several minutes per image. Be patient, or try another AI. Grok is usually faster.
This can happen with some AI models. Ask it to try again or continue the game with both text and images. If the problem continues, try another AI tool.
This can happen with some AI models. We design our prompts to avoid it, but we can’t always control the result. If it keeps happening, send us a screenshot and the game name at support@hero48.com.
Free AI plans often have usage limits. You can wait for the limit to reset, upgrade to a paid plan, or continue your adventure with another AI tool.
That’s normal. You can even play the same game twice with the same AI and get different results. That’s part of the fun.
